- Co-Partnership Housing Creating Places by Stephen Smith. Stephen Smith is a retired landscape architect who has a family connection with Brentham Garden Suburb. About 12 years ago he did a short personal study of 12 garden suburb developments built between 1901 and 1914 . This included Moor Pool.
